One soon comes to respect that most Amish do not proselytize and that although they choose to live a life without these conveniences, it does not mean they expect the rest of the world to do likewise.

Of course there is a time lag between the release of new technology and when any manufacturer adapts their lineup. With the Amish this time lag is perhaps a year longer.
